Unloading your card

The Unload card feature allows you to transfer funds from your Safe2transact Visa debit card back to your linked IBAN account. This can be useful if you no longer need funds on your card or would like to use them for bank transfers or other account activities.

Before You Start

Before unloading funds, make sure that:

• Your Visa debit card is active.
• Your card has a sufficient available balance.
• Your linked IBAN account is active.

Note: Only the available card balance can be unloaded. Pending card transactions or authorizations cannot be transferred until they are completed or released.

How to Unload Funds

• Log in to your Safe2transact account.
• Open the Cards section.
• Select Unload.
• Enter the amount you want to transfer, or select MAX to unload the entire available card balance.
• Review the amount.
• Click Unload to confirm the transfer.

The unloaded funds will be transferred to your linked IBAN account.
